The personal data is necessary for BHCAB to fulfil its purposes. Some information may also be obtained from public registers or other publicly available sources.
The main legal basis for this processing is that it is necessary for BHCAB to fulfil its obligations for its clients.
Certain processing operations are also based on BHCAB’s legitimate interest in conducting its business in an efficient, secure manner and on BHCAB’s obligation to comply with legal obligations.
Personal data may be shared with authorities and other parties engaged by BHCAB to achieve its purposes, e.g. delivery. These operators may be based in non-EU/EEA countries. If the European Commission does not consider the country to ensure an adequate level of protection, the transfer to the third party will be supported by the Commission’s standard contractual clauses for transfers of personal data to a country outside the EU/EEA; see Articles 45-46 of Regulation 2016/679 (“GDPR”). These standard contractual clauses are available here:
The processing of personal data will continue for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes or as long as BHCAB is obliged to do so. The personal data will then be deleted.
